Section 1
General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 9bbd1 platform and all associated services ("Services"). By accessing the 9bbd1 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, 9bbd1 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any bonuses.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may cause problems with account verification and may delay withdrawals. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team without delay.

Important account-related notifications will be sent to the email address provided at registration. If the email is not kept up to date, the user is responsible for missing any important information.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 9bbd1 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorised login, the support team must be informed immediately.
• 9bbd1 is not responsible if your account is compromised due to use of a weak password.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or unsecured networks.

In the event of a security breach, 9bbd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the situation is clarified.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on 9bbd1 is ৳100 (per method) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

9bbd1 supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet.
• Bank Transfer — Via Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or other major Bangladeshi banks.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met. Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

9bbd1 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive up to ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering — see the detailed terms of each offer.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, 9bbd1 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

Section 7
Betting Rules

9bbd1 offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services. Each category may have its own specific rules, which will be stated on the relevant page or within the game.

• No claims will be accepted for winnings resulting from a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In sports betting, the decision of the authority determining the result is final.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bbd1 platform and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to manipulate the platform.
• Collusive agreements or cooperation with other users for manipulation.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards platform staff.

9bbd1 may temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspicious activity. If an offence is proven in the investigation, the balance will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Responsible Gaming

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session time limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
